I think Pioli is looking to trade for that backup long snapper from the raiders. he liked what he saw out of him

Yes he did. And that would be a good argument if he didnt still look like a young QB who has no idea what the fuck he is doing and that the game is just too fast for him. He is a back-up at best. I thought that maybe he would be more but we really dont have a great QB right now.

He makes good choices.. He just has a wild arm.

He makes terrible choices. If you watch some of his preseason snaps he misses allot of guys that he shouldnt but, oh well I guess maybe he cant be that much worse than Cassel. Now that I think about it maybe he could provide a spark for us. Maybe we need someone who isnt afraid to make the big play.

I have seen T.Jack play QB before only his name was Jamarcus Russell! He had it legally changed.

Yes. Preseason.
The guy obviously underperformed and was unimpressive or else he would have pushed Cassel. It is up to the coaches to decide who plays and he obviously isnt.

Brady didn't look better than Bleadsoe, Romo didn't either. Warner didn't look better than Green. Jarred Allen didn't look better than Eric Hicks, theres probably at least one example every year. I remember the year Bobby Sippio looked like he was our best WR.

Real games are completely different than training camp and Pre Season. We seen first hand how our #2 QB looked better than our #3 no matter who it was, its just your supporting cast.

I love how Quinn is still judged by how he played on a god awful Cleveland Browns team. Had Quinn been drafted by a team in alot better of a situation, we'd probably look at him different than we do now.

Guess it depends on how you view what has happened here in KC. If you believe Pioli and they brought in competition for Cassel and he couldnt even beat out Cassel that says more than him playing in Cleveland. I personally think Pioli is full of shit and nobody ever had a chance to beat out Cassel. That is basically what Orton said on his way out too. so no i dont know how good Quinn could be. That being said if Quinn doesnt get his shot this year, which I say he doesnt, I dont want to go into next year with Pioli and Crennel saying Quinn is our man to lead this team forward.

Cassel has looked good in practice. Hes not the first guy to look good in practice but suck in games(even though he was one of the few bright spots against the Falcons). Cassel looked good in practice, thats all they have had to go off of so far. If Cassel gets hurt, hes not getting the job back from Quinn, who will look a lot better.

You are right. Baldwin looked good on TC practices.

He did. And I'm hoping hes one of the guys who can also carry that to the field, which so far Cassel really hasn't been able to.

Baldwin cant take his strengths to the field because Baldwins strengths and Cassels strengths dont mix. Cassel can sit there all day in practice and throw the ball up to Baldwin against guys like Jalil Brown..but you match Baldwin up against a real NFL corner in real time and he's gonna dump the ball off to the short guy 99% of the time.
