I already named the only three realistic options. Sanchez, Orton, and Manning. Two of which had no desire to come here.

Personally, I'd take Quinn over Orton.

Kyle Ortons first 15 starts- 1,869 yards, 9 TD's, 13 INT's.

Kyle Ortons break out year, 4th year playing and 5th year in the league
Brady Quinn(if he plays) will be his 4th year playing, 6th year in the league.

So far Matt Cassel has proved to be better than Andrew Luck, but I don't believe he will be that way.

Since Quinn was a starter he hasn't done SHIT...I mean literally he only sat on a bench. At least Orton Played. But whatever. Stats don't always tell the whole story.

I get it, you're one of the people who think you're maxed out as a rookie.

Look at Alex Smith. How long has he been in the NFL? Just started coming around last year and showed up Aaron Rodgers today. Eli Manning was a late bloomer too, along with guys like Trent Green, Rich Gannon, Kurt Warner. The list goes on.

How is Orton so much better? Because he was successful under Josh McDaniles who made Cassel look good, and Brady had his career year under him? Alex Smith goes from garbage to looking good under Harbaugh.

Being right about everything except the prediction KC would win today. but all I get from you is Pioli does nothing wrong but Cassel. Jackson is great cuz Pioli drafted him. Daboll is awesome cuz he dame from miami and pioli brought him here. Baldwin is awesome. he was only not targeted because KC is keeping him a secret. Poe is the instant answer at NT to get us over the top.... but it might take 3 or so years cuz hes a dlineman. Jackson and dorsey are the greatest runstoppers ever... but we were 26th against the run.

When the seasons over and we are still not any better, I will say I told you so..just like when I told you last season that Orton would not be back, or Carr, or that Bowe would not sign long term or that Cassell would still be the starting QB when you were 99% sure that he would not be. Look at my predictions and look at yours... and tell me who is right and who is wrong. I let my record speak for itself.

I admit I was pretty confident both would be back. I thought one would franchise and one would sign a contract. Bowe was the obvious candidate to get tagged. I didn't expect Carr to want paid more than Flowers. I like Carr, he got what he wanted.. he got paid and he gets to play for his favorite team. Can't really fault him for wanting to accomplish his child hood dream and getting paid more than we should have paid him.

But if we do wind up sucking it will be someone elses fault other than Pioli. Pioli can do no wrong. never has never will. 10-15 years from now the hall of fame inductees are gonna be nothing but Chiefs because Pioli drafted them. I'm on board now.

Maybe I should somewhat retract. I think the team has the potential to win a playoff game even with Matt Cassel if hes used properly. As a fan I think/hope/want the Chiefs to accomplish winning that playoff game. Obviously there are a lot of unknowns, and they play the game because what it says on paper isn't always right. If it was, the Eagles would have won the SB last year.

But yes, I still think we can overcome those obstacles and win a playoff game. Tim fucking Tebow among other shitty QB's have won a playoff game, Cassel is no where near the top QB's in the league, but he sure isn't the worst either.

Man it blows my mind you still don't understand the money part of the business. Look at how tight your panties are after Carr walking. If we spend money like you want... everyone else walks next year. We go from being young, to having a lot of money tied up in over priced over the hill veterans we sign in free agency. Then a few years down the road, we are worse off then what we currently are now.

Theres no such thing as salary cap. We can pay millions and millions every year. Nobody will ever walk. We'll always max out our deals so nobody else can sign our players.

You know if we had a good QB, none of you guys would be bitching? We probably would have been in this game right to the end, if not won it. You guys wouldnt bash Poe, Jackson, Baldwin, Routt or anybody else.

Cassel is the problem. He's been the problem since he's been here. You guys just insist on every move Pioli makes to be a shit move for no reason. Poe performed well today, but you guys continue to bash him left and right. Jackson too. You call out Routt just because his name isnt Brandon fucking Carr, when Routt is just one of the two guys that played in the secondary today that were worth a shit. Derrick Johnson had a horrible game today, but Pioli didnt pick him so you wont bash him. You guys act like we had a full defense today. We were missing 2 of our best defenders. You add Flowers and Hali to this game and we have ourselves an interesting ball game. Jon Baldwin didnt have a catch. Boo fucking hoo. Atlanta has the best trio of corners in the league in Samuel, Grimes, and Robinson. Baldwin is also thought of as more of a deep threat because of his height and ability to get the jump ball, but guess what! Cassel cant throw a deep ball to save his fucking life.

He's too hesitant. He's not confident. He's not a real leader. He's the reason we struggle. Plain and simple.

Every move Pioli makes? I said Berry was the best KC draft pick ever.
I said Winston and Hillis and Boss signings were good ones. Routt was probably Piolis best possible move after his failure to resign Carr in season last year but he is no Carr. And yes the crap I heard about Routt actually being better than Carr probably did exaggerate my opinion of him because it is crazy. So no I dont call every Pioli move a bad one. But I do think his mistakes far outweigh his good moves.

No joke, I would rather see Quinn start the rest of the season than Cassel. We know what Cassel does...more like doesnt bring to the table. Mentally, he's weak. Physically, he doesnt have the skill set. Quinn on the other hand, isnt the strongest mentally, but probably more-so than Cassel. Quinn however, has much more talent than Cassel..especially when it comes to arm strength. Accuracy is shakey, but so is Cassels.

Look, I dont give a shit what he did and didnt do in Cleveland. Nobody can win in Cleveland. Place is cursed. He went to Denver and should have been Ortons 2nd string backup, but the fans were ballwashing for Tebow so hard Elway had to give them what they wanted. I have a feeling if we gave him a shot here, we would have a completely different look of Quinn after the season.

Before its taken out of context, im not in any way saying Quinn should be our QBOTF. Im saying give the guy a shot to show us what he can and cannot do. If we supply him with an efficient run game, and several targets at receiver, I think we'd be surprised with his performance. If he fails then piss on it.
