Stanzi????????

Chiefs head coach Romeo Crennel said "there's a possibility" second-year QB Ricky Stanzi could start in Week 16 against the Colts. Brady Quinn suffered a rib injury in Sunday's shutout loss to the Raiders and will be evaluated this week, while Matt Cassel just isn't considered an option under center anymore. Stanzi has yet to appear in a regular season game since being a fifth-round pick in 2011. In six preseason appearances, Stanzi has completed 27-of-52 passes for 304 yards, one touchdown, and two interceptions. He offers zero long-term appeal.

If the line gets dominated like last week Stanzi is going to perform no better than Quinn and Cassel. If we hold up I can see him having a decent game.

I agree let him play but you arent gonna see what you have with him. Our WRs could make Rogers, Brady, Brees. or Manning look terrible.

Doesn't matter anyway. Crennel already named Quinn starter against the Colts. If Stanzi can't get a look with how this season is going we may as well cut him. Because he must be horrible to not be able to beat out the horrible play of Cassel or Quinn.

Of course knowing this fucking team Stanzi is probably our best QB and we arent playing him for some bullshit reason that we'll find out later.
