Cassell has to go this year. He gets $5.25 million in 2012, $7.5 million in 2013, $9 million in 2014.

I'm actually pretty surprised his contract lasts that long.

For the most part we have a great core and need to retain a lot of guys. I'm a little intoxicated so I wont make the list, but I'm assuming you guys know who should go and who needs to stay.

I think these guys need to stay:
McClain, Bowe, Tucker is great insurance at WR, Maneri, Richardson as a BACKUP, Gilberry,Gordon, and of course Carr.

As bad as hate to say it, unless they plan on drafting someone. Probally need to resign Belcher, Siler is coming off a ACL tear.

Maneri is so undersized though. I read somewhere he is only 280 pounds.

But we have also seen that he as the ability to play TE and FB. Remember?? he fucked up Troy when we played Pittsburgh.. Thats the only reason I like him! lol

I wouldn't be against Belcher staying. I think Siller will start though, but we are best off drafting someone to play behind Siller then be ready to replace him in a few years.

We could draft somebody with more size and can play the run more physical. I like Belcher I just think we could get better. I like Maneri! Something about him, maybe it was that play against Pittsburgh.

Very True. I'm sure they kept him around for TE now that you mention it.

I'm ok with Belcher in the run game, its the passing game that I have a problem. He probally ranks last among LBs for coverage skills.

No he makes tackles just 3 to 4 yards downfield. I just want someone more physical.
