| Am I the only one who thinks Curry would have been a perfect fit for what we were trying to do on D? He had a damn good year in Seattle. Jackson, I still dunno. I certainly expect big things outta the guy though. | |

| You could ask anyone, I was against us drafting Curry the entire year. I just don't see him ever turning into anything special. I would hardly call 54 tackles a great year for a LB. Tyson Jackson had 38 after only having three his first seven games. He got off to a slow start which is to be expected.. DL usually don't produce until the third year in the NFL.. LB's perform right out of the gates. I always said I would take one of the USC LB's over Curry any day, and what do you know, two of them are already Pro Bowlers.
The only player we could have taken last year that wasn't a reach was Sanchez, maybe Crabtree. Yeah Jackson was a reach, but I think Curry would have been a bigger one no matter how high everyone had him ranked. 3-4 ILB's aren't worth top 3 picks. | |

| If you can establish a great 3-4 DL, it doesn't matter who you have at LB. They will be good. | |

| I wanted Sanchez, Crabtree, or to trade down and take Jackson. Well most of all I wanted Stafford, but I knew he wouldn't fall that far. | |
