Yes, Houston had 3 sacks and a safety I believe. Houston was a split second from another sack on Brees there in the 1st quarter.

| Houston had a hand on Brees right before half as well. Brees spun out and DJ cleaned it up. | |

| We win next week and we are in first place in the West. Would still rather see Quinn at QB though. | |

| We shouldnt have won this game. Cassel played like dogshit with an effective run game. Charles ran his ass off and the defense shutdown one of the best QBs in the league. Justin Houston has really sold himself as one of the better up and coming OLBs in the league. | |

| Geez, never thought I would see a shittier team than the Chiefs, this year...lol
The Saints are a bad FB team..I wouldn't get too excited about this one, but I expected a lot more from NO...
On a good note, Charles looks like he still has that open field explosiveness...

| Bailey was also huge in sub packages. Spiller wouldn't have throttled today's defense. | |

| We humiliated SD their last 2 times here in primetime. Something tells me theyre gonna come out on a roll against us. I can see Cassel really shitting the bed against SD. | |

| By shitting the bed, I hope you mean getting shit on, and hurt. Not life threatening or anything, just enough to get Quinn on the field... and to not come off this year. | |

If making one easy play every 3rd game makes him our best CB then our secondary is in big trouble this year

| Nobody here has mentioned the terrible coaching job Crennel did at the end of regulation. Been the talk of radio this morning. 30 yards to go for the win and 2 minutes and he plays for the tie. That tells me he has absolutely no faith in his QB. That also tells me if he really did have a choice Cassel would not be the starting QB on this team. | |

| B- This game shouldn't have been so close, but Tony Romo seemed intent on Romoing Tampa back into competitiveness. If we were handing out individual grades, Brandon Carr would get an A+ for making Vincent Jackson an absolute non-factor.
D- Great game for Gerald McCoy, everyone else was pretty

| C+ Hello, Jamaal Charles! Kid's still got his speed and had a big game even without the 91-yard teeter. Chiefs looked terrible most of the day but New Orleans melted down | |

I think the Chiefs record is 256 or something like that. Charles and Houston got A+'s for me yesterday. I found this on ESPN. "Biggest area to build on: Jamaal Charles. The speedy tailback is back. He had 233 yards on 33 carries. According to ESPN Stats & Information, he tied O.J. Simpson and Corey Dillon with his second game of 230 rushing yards or more. Jim Brown leads the NFL with three 230 rushing yard games."

My dumbass set the DVR to record to the end of the game instead of 30 minutes over. So I didn't get to see overtime.

Maybe Rust was right a while back when he said Carr was better than Flowers. Of course that changed when we didnt reup Carr. Carr is a stud right now.

I've seen Flowers shut down V. Jackson before.
