Email getting spammed..

I shut everything off in my preferences and the site still sends me notifications whenever someone posts to my mobile phone through my email..

My email on my phone now has 40 email messages from this site alone..How do I shut this off?

Shit.. I had this problem the first day but I thought thats what I did. I'll keep looking around and hopefully I can figure it out soon for ya.

Go to Profile>Topic being watched
Delete any threads if in the list.
