| I think its clear at this point that the management and coaching staff will need to be cleared out either late in the season or immediately following the season. What worries me is that new management completely cleans house with the players as well as they would not be "their guys". Some player casualties will obviously be required, QB position clearly being one of them, but I hope players like Hali, Johnson, Berry, Flowers, Lewis, Houston, Albert, Bowe and Charles are not also lost. The problem is that it would not surprise me if some or all of them will want to leave of their own volition. Hopefully these players realize that the negative feedback from fans, for the most part, does not apply to them. Hearing comments from a guy like Eric Berry saying "I will be one of the best in this game", alluding to the upcoming Steeler match is promising to hear. What's the thoughts as to how much player turnover would be necessary to make a real change next season. | |

| I don't think the new staff will completely clean house. I mean, they won't cut many if any starters that still have a contract. Its common for first year regimes to bring in their own QB, which we need anyways. Obviously they will bring in some new faces though, that could beat out current starters.... but guys like Bowe, Dorsey, and Albert are the only ones I'd be worried about since their contracts are up. | |

| When Haley and Pioli came in, the only players worth a damn were Hali, Johnson, Gonzalez, and Flowers..Carr was still raw as was Charles. He kept all but Gonzalez, who wanted out of KC regardless. New management will build around what they are given and right now what they are given is potentially the best run game in the league, and a defense that has top 10 potential but is playing like bottom 25. The fact we have that kind of potential with a top pick would make us a top choice for a HC and GM. | |

| Agreed TD Bowed who takes over will have alot to work with. Plus have room for getting their guys in key places. Would think alot of potential coaches and gms would be looking at the Chiefs now | |

| Gruden is open to returning to coaching, only if the perfect team comes calling. And he only wants to go to a big market team. | |

| Yeah looks like Gruden may be headed to Philly from what I am hearing. Wish he would give KC a look. | |

| No real HC is even going to talk to KC as long as Pioli is still here | |

| Gruden will not be here. We do need to gut the entire front office staff. Pioli, I had high hopes when you came along and now I wish you would just leave and go fuck yoursef. | |

| Andy Reid may be looking for a job...If not a HC, how about an OC??
The guy is being run out of Philly and he has had a lot of success...

The guy is being run out of Philly and he has had a lot of success... Basically what Rust said. Guys who have had success to the extent of Reid dont take coordinator positions. Guys like Cowher, Fisher, Reid, Belichick..all have been head coaches for too long to take a position like that.

| I would be for Reid though, even though I think a bigger market team will end up with him. Guy has had tons of success. Never got to win the big one though. Too much pressure in Philly I think. | |

| Would love to have Cowher or Gruden. But don't see it happening. But would be very happy with Reid or Billick. Just have to get the right GM. Would love to get Polian. Was great with the Colts. | |
