Chiefs looking at late round QB's

The Kansas City Chiefs are among a handful of teams showing interest in Holy Cross QB Dominic Randolph, according to Chris Steuber of Scout.com.

A four-year starter at Holy Cross, Randolph finished his career with the Crusaders throwing for 13,455 yards, which ranks fourth all-time in Football Championship Subdivision history, 117 touchdowns and 46 interceptions in 43 games. At 6-foot-2, 224 pounds, Randolph wasn't invited to the Scouting Combine, but participated in Boston College's Pro Day on March 11th and had a solid performance throwing the ball.

He seems to be what the Chiefs are looking for in a late round quarterback. Good size and lots of production and game tape.

Others showing interest include the Browns, Patriots, Bucs, Panthers and Eagles. He's also working out for the Giants and Bengals.

The Chiefs have shown interest in a handful of late round quarterbacks this draft period including Cincinnati's Tony Pike, Troy's Levi Brown and Central Michigan's Dan LeFevour.

Have they contacted Jevean Snead yet?

I don't think so.

snead is a late rounder who i see having the potential to be a pro bowl qb

Hope they do..He'd be a good project

Snead really had a down year..I watch him play only once but he looked good..Coming into the season alot of the mocks had him as a late 1st, early 2nd rounder..now he's down into the 3-5 range

they tried to split him with another qb never a good idea

I still have no clue why he came out this year!

So the Chiefs could get him at a cheaper pick...

I like Pike if theres no way we can land Bradford.
