Moeaki was all over the field in the PM practice, displaying speed in space and soft hands. He caught everything thrown in his direction and looked to be getting extended looks from his quarterbacks because of it.


At one point, Moeaki extended while in stride to reel in a high pass across the middle from Tyler Palko. His efforts had a cast of veterans chanting “MOO-AHH-KEYYYYYY” from the sidelines.

I don't think they know how to say his name yet but if he shakes the injury bug, they will soon!

Meh..pretty much sounds like Dallas Clark..just as people thought

I read somewhere he was the best receiving TE in the draft..He dropped because of his injury woes..

If he tries making some of the catches in a real game that hes made during practice so far... he will be out of the league fast.

Are you implying he should give less effort?

I'm implying if he tries leaving himself vulnerable like that in the NFL hes getting hurt faster than he did in college, which was often.

Thats just the way Iowa TEs play. Balls out. That is how Dallas Clark plays. He will put himself out there to make big catches for his team. Moeaki will be fine.

Hes definately been laying out there lately catching everything in site.. I like that about the kid. I think he is gonna create alot of mismatches.. Someone even said that his catching in the seam is reminiscent of Tony G. It will only take him getting his bell rung once to learn how to protect himself though... lol
