Of course this holds no weight as to who we should draft. I just thought it was interesting info.

Our current NT Shaun Smith is pretty good at stopping the run too.

do you think we could go through this draft without addressing the NT position?

I could see it, but they will probably draft one at least in the 4th or 5th round unless Cody is there at 2A. But I could see them just getting a big man undrafted and grooming him behind Smith for a bit.

We have allot more pressing needs with Smith on the roster. Getting one undrafted is probably a good idea and grooming him, like rust said.

I like Cody ans Thomas the best out of the 5. If we land either one it would be awesome.

Yea.. I like Cody and Thomas... I think Thomas could be a great talent.

I personally want to take a flier on Boo Robinson who should go late since he had a bad year. He was a great NT the year before until they decided to make him cut a lot of weight and use him a different way. Just let him sit behind Shaun Smith and let him play some obvious pass situations until hes bulked back up and ready to start in a few years.

Then they had him cut weight and he didn't play as well this year.. and heres how he did at his Pro Day.

Height: 6-2. Weight: 295.
40 time: 4.85 and 4.91
Bench: 33
Projected Round: 6-7
1/24/10: Lost a ton of weight over the years, so you know he has a solid work ethic. Unfortunately, his numbers (37 tackles, 2.5 TFL, 0.5 sacks) don't translate.

So, like I said I would use a 5th round pick on him and ask him to bulk back up.
